Dave Olson - aka: The Old Hippie, since June 1995
Dave came to us with a long automotive background, starting here
as an R & R
Technician and working his way up to Transmission rebuilder. Dave
is our
primary rebuilder for all the 2 & 3 speed automatics and he
also maintains
the parts rooms making sure the parts used have all been reordered
and put
away so that when you need something for a job its where it should
be. |

Doug McCaffrey - July 2000 Head Builder
Doug is the primary builder for all the Overdrive units, Foreign
and
Domestic. He specializes in the Extreme Tow Vehicles (many of our
customers
tow in excess of 15,000 #s) He has been a Transmission builder since
1996. |

Peggy Becker - June 1996
Peggy keeps everything running! Service Writer, Office Manager,
Phones,
Scheduling, and Parts Ordering . If you

Chris Piearcy - May 2004
Chris has been an Automotive Technician since 1989. He has the
hardest job
here of all! The R&R Technician! His primary duties were to
take all the
transmissions in and out of all the vehicles. He now not only performs
the
R&R duties but now he also repairs the standard transmissions,
transfer
cases and repairs differentials. |

Michael Freeland - Owner/Operator of J & C Automotive.
After graduating from Ponderosa High School in 1996, he attended Arizona Automotive Institute and received his certification for transmission specialist. He then went on to work for several small transmission shops and then for a large Dodge dealership in Nevada. He has now come back home to Placerville and is happy to be at J & C Automotive.
